Recruitment Calendar
The summer internship is an ideal opportunity for students to learn about the actual functioning of the industry. This is 8-10
week long event, during which the students work on real time projects offered by the companies under their professional
mentors.
Companies, who wish to recruit students with a prior work experience, can participate in this process. The company can
select the profile of the student for further process.
The Company may make an offer to a student at any time during the lateral placement period. The acceptance of the offer
shall be communicated at the end of the lateral recruitment season, i.e. end of December, 2015.

placement committee.

The summer placement
selection process begins.

The students under take
summer projects.

The company conducts
Pre- Placement Talks for
the students interested and
eligible to par ticipate in the
process. The resumes of
interested candidates are
sent to the company.
Nov to Dec
Companies then
shor tlist the students
through telephonic
conversations,
interviews etc. and
offer the appointments.
